Job Overview: Vault is looking for a recruitment marketing professional to join its growing India operations. This position will work closely with and report directly to the General Manager. Responsibilities: - Develop relationships with Top Tier HR professionals in India and sell Vault recruitment marketing and branding services. - Renew and upgrade existing clients

Desired Skills: - Strong sales, presentation and negotiation skills - Background in recruitment marketing sales or internet industry - Should have experience in cold-calling & lead generation - Ability to be a self starter and have a innovative creative sales and marketing approach - Desire to work in a start-up, dynamic, media/dotcom environment - Only local candidates and/or those not requiring relocation assistance need apply. - Other modivated candidates with strong desire for a career in the online media/career industry are welcome to apply as well. - MBA/PGDM preferred but not required if candidate has relevant work experience
