The company has over 300 network websites that it partners in a revenue sharing model and it includes most of the tier 2 and 3 sites.
Job Overview: The Sales Head will be responsible for sales in their specified region for Ozone India. Their main responsibilities are:
• Building a strong sales team for their respective region
• Identifying the potential in the market, and devise means to convert them into clients.
• Leading a sales team and devising strategies to ensure they reach their targets
• Responsible for all the business development activities for the specified region
• Putting processes in place to ensure the smooth functioning of their team
• Meeting quarterly and annual revenue targets set
• Maintaining existing agency/ client relationships and creating new profitable relationships
• Collate market information and contribute to innovations for better customer satisfaction
Desired Skills: The candidate must:
• Have between 4- 5 years of work experience in Internet advertising sales
• Have an overall work experience of 8 - 10 years in advertising sales
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills
• The candidate must be a management graduate
• The candidate should be aggressive with experience in building and motivating sales teams
• Should have good relationships with clients and agencies across India and should be able to translate those relationships into revenues from day one
