Job Overview: Operations Head (AVP level) is a leadership position with the responsibility to develop and manage the operations and growth of business, having P & L responsibility. Operations Head would be accountable for operations in the Emerging Markets. The task involves achieving the highest operational efficiency by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals and objectives, and being a participant in developing strategic plans.

Brief Job responsibilities are:
1. Primary point of contact for all Emerging Market customers and must therefore be comfortable and confident liaising with various clients and teams.
2. Ensure high revenue generation
3. Full accountability for delivery and customer delight
4. Manage the emerging market operations P&L and to ensure high profits for the company
5. Managing the team performance, productivity and morale, Maintain high service quality and take initiatives with team and clients.
6. Possess excellence opportunity identification for streamlining processes, monitoring and ensuring day-to-day operations.
7. Provide strategic mission, vision & direction to develop, articulate and action a long-term strategy that would fulfill the vision of the young organization.
8. Constantly evaluate the market conditions and robustness in terms of strategy and cost structure.
9. Overall client servicing, direction, coordination, quality and productivity of the team.

Manage performance expectations and goals, monitoring real time service levels and schedule adherence, and ensuring the emerging market team meet and exceed their performance targets.
Desired Skills: · 5 – 7 years experience in Media, Advertising, KPO industry, Online Advertising, Search Engine Marketing.
· Strong analytical, client servicing, mediation and problem resolution skills.
· Demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve organizational issues.
· Must have handled a team of 100 plus people.
· Excellent communication skills, leadership and team work.
· Must be good in presentation skills.
QUALIFICATION: A bachelor's degree or higher is required. A master's degree and Six-Sigma certification is preferred. Salary Range: Rs. 10 to 12 lacs per annum.
